All-inclusive integrated liquid egg processing plant


For existing egg processing plants, the SANOVO StreamLine is ideal as a secondary line which can be used for running special products like organic products or products containing enzymes or additives.


SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP designs and builds processing solutions for some of the largest egg-processing factories in the world. The pasteurisation of egg products is traditionally an energy-intensive process and one which requires specially trained staff. However, the SANOVO StreamLine now enables small-scale liquid plants to produce finished egg products which have the same high quality as those from large processing facilities. Meanwhile, staff require minimal training to be able to operate the equipment.


The SANOVO StreamLine is ideal for small producers like layer farms or grading/packing stations that want to further process off-grades into safe, convenient pasteurised egg products.






The SANOVO StreamLine Series can be equipped with an in-line homogeniser. In-line homogenisation before heating allows a higher pasteurisation temperature to be achieved in combination with longer continuous operation, thus reducing separation of liquid whole egg or yolk extremely effectively. The operator can choose to use the homogeniser or to pasteurise without it – all depending on pre-set production recipes accessed using the control panel.


Tubular heat exchanger


The SANOVO Tubular heat exchanger is able to extend the production time of the pasteuriser between cleanings. With the SANOVO Tubular, it is also possible to elevate the pasteurisation temperature in order to extend the product's shelf life. The SANOVO Tubular is suitable for all types of egg products.


Indirect heat recovery


The SANOVO Heat Recovery Section reduces the energy consumption by more than 85% and increases production time between each cleaning. In addition, it completely eliminates all risk of cross-contamination between raw and pasteurised products. The design of the Heat Recovery Section in the SANOVO StreamLine Series is customised to the relevant products and production methods. The Heat Recovery Section can be installed either directly or indirectly. Values for standard configuration of heat recovery are 80% for direct and 73% for indirect installation.


Automatic chemical dosing


The automatic cleaning option, comprising dosing valves, a conductivity meter and Sanovo CIP software, is used to prepare the right and precise chemical dosing for the proper cleaning of the entire plant. All CIP parameters are saved automatically for each cleaning program. This option allows optimal savings in terms of water, chemicals and time.


Chilled water-generator


The chilled-water generator, complete with water tank and accessories, produces the right amount of cooling energy needed for the complete StreamLine system. It is ideal for a turnkey solution.
